Returns Eligibility
We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unused, and unwashed
- In original condition with tags attached
- In original packaging
Items that show signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration are not eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Intimates and innerwear
- Accessories such as scarves worn in contact with skin (if marked non-returnable)
- Final sale or clearance items
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, contact our support team with:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Clear photos (if the item is defective or incorrect)
Once approved, return instructions will be shared with you.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost during return transit.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will resolve the issue promptly at no additional cost.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after the processing period, please check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.
